Class Description

Our personal trainer is perfect for those who enjoy 1 on 1 workouts. Your strengths and weaknesses will be assessed and then the trainer will develop a workout program for you to achieve your fitness goals. Not only will they provide you with mental and physical assistance, but they will monitor and track the progress you make. You will learn how to properly lift weights and perform various exercises at your own pace. You will work on upper and lower body strength, conditioning and muscle building as well as endurance and core strength. The best part about these 1 on 1 workouts is there are no other distractions and our trainer is focused strictly on your journey and is there to keep you motivated! Timings for sessions are flexible and based on YOUR availability.
