Whether it’s at work or at play, Lisa has the ability to bring calm, controlled, structure to any project. Her over 20+ years as an executive leader in business and technology have given her the insight she needs to bring quality services to JamFit. Her leadership and stellar work ethic make her the go-to person at the studio and her love for the community is surpassed only by her love for children of all ages. KAYONA SHARPE, Director of Fitness
Strive for progress, not perfection.
Kayona has led fitness programs for most of her adult life. A skilled gymnast herself, Kayona loves to support others. It has always been her dream to teach children how to get fit and have fun and her can-do attitude is admired around the studio. She was a competitive gymnast for 8 years and has been coaching for over 10 years! Kids love her and adults respect her training style - both kind and fun - Kayona brings the “energy” to our Energy Studio! She is happy to answer any questions you may have.
KAHLEEL SHARPE, Chief Operating Officer
It never gets easier, you just get stronger.
With a keen eye for details, Kahleel brings operational excellence to our studio. From handling the books to managing sales, Kahleel keeps everything running smoothly. His years of experience in sales have honed his customer service skills, making him a valuable asset to the management team. As a former amateur competitive soccer player, he thinks as you do and wants every participant of the studio to have a stellar experience. Your feedback matters!
