Looking for something fun and active for the kids on their day off school? Join us for our PD Day Camp at JamFit Kanata & Manotick! From 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, kids ages 6–12yrs will enjoy a full day of jamnastics, obstacle courses, games, crafts, and team-building activities. It’s the perfect way to keep them moving, learning, and having fun while school is out!

Keep the kids active and having fun this holiday season! Our WinterJam Camp is packed with jamnastics, obstacle courses, games, crafts, and plenty of winter cheer. A perfect way for kids to burn energy, build skills, and make new friends over the break
