JamFit Energy Studio is an inclusive space that can be used by all ages! We offer adults and kids fitness classes. Each program brings a different kind of energy that will leave you feeling strong, energetic and ready to take on the world!

The Adult classes will get you out of your seat and on your feet! Unique classes designed to challenge and excite you. There are no boring classes at JamFit so pull up your socks - it's time to sweat!

Our JamFit Kids programs are designed for children as young as 0 years to 15 years old. The classes are designed in a way to encourage flexibility and strength, all while having fun!
Each month classes and participants are encouraged to model specific characteristics. Core values such as positivity, integrity, and commitment are important to the studio - and we invite participants to grow mentally, emotionally as well as physically.

Adults
Soca n' Sweat
​
If you are looking for an upbeat aerobic fitness class where you are moving and grooving to tropical Caribbean music then this is the class for you! In this class you will work on your cardio, endurance, core strength, anaerobic fitness, coordination and strength by mixing together low and high intensity dance moves. Prepare yourself to lose some calories with each visit. All you need to bring is some comfortable indoor shoes, lots of water and be ready to move your hips.

Kick n' Box
​
This class is a full-body workout that will surely leave you breathless at the end! Working in pairs or individually, you will use both hands and feet in this cardiovascular-driven course where you will do different variations of kicking and punching combinations, from disciplines such as karate and martial arts. Your heart is guaranteed to pump as fast and as loud as the music will be. If you are looking to improve your speed, agility and stamina, come punch your way back into shape with us!

Fitness Coach
Our fitness coach is perfect for those who enjoy 1 on 1 workouts. Your strengths and weaknesses will be assessed and then the coach will develop a workout program for you to achieve your fitness goals. Not only will they provide you with mental and physical assistance, but they will monitor and track the progress you make. You will learn how to properly build strength and perform various exercises at your own pace. The best part about these 1 on 1 workouts is there are no other distractions and our fitness coach is focused strictly on your journey.

Yoga
The word “yoga” is from the Sanskrit root “Yuj” which essentially translates to “yoke'' or “unite”. With that being said, the goal of this class is to unite you and your mind through finding peace, tranquility, and harmony. Our yoga class incorporates a variety of yoga poses designed to help develop your bodily strength. You will work on gentle movement series, breath work, and mild meditation. Let’s meditate!​

Seniors Yoga - 55+
Enjoy an exclusive yoga class for all seniors! This flow type yoga class will help with your balance, flexibility, stability and full body strength as well as giving you a positive sense of well-being, enhanced quality of life and body awareness. Seniors will improve stamina, reduce stress and will notice an improvement of sleeping habits.

Kids
Jam w/Me
​
This minimally structured class is similar to a “Mommy & Me” class for Jammers aged 18months-3yrs old. The children will get to use all the apparatus alongside one of their parents. Our coaches will lead them through a structured warm-up and different circuits and exercises like jumping, swinging, and rolling! Coaches will focus on developing motor skills which include building blocks and kicking. This class is perfect for your adventurous child!

Mini Jammers
The Mini Jammers class is tailored for children ages 4-5yrs of age. This introductory program aids in the development of social skills as well as physical fitness. Kids learn the basic shapes and locomotions of gymnastics while developing skills on balance beams, bars, and the floor. The jammers will learn basic rolls, holds, and handstands. They will participate in fun and challenging group games, as well as learn the basic fundamentals of artistic gymnastics. At this age we anticipate your child being ready to explore their own independence, self-esteem, and confidence. We encourage our jammers to swing, dance, and play until their heart’s content!

Baby Jammers
​
Calling all parents with babies and all moms on maternity leave! This 1 hour drop in class is the perfect way for you to socialize with other parents and get your little ones moving and grooving!
For safety reasons, this open gym concept is for parents with children ages 0-18 months ONLY. Children outside this age range are prohibited.

Baby Yoga
​
This parent and baby yoga class is a specialized fitness and bonding session designed for new parents and their infants. This class aims to create a nurturing and supportive environment where parents can engage in gentle yoga exercises while incorporating their babies into the practice. The primary focus is on promoting the well-being of both the parents and the baby through a combination of physical activity, relaxation, and bonding exercises

Kids
Mighty Jammers
​
This class is for our new Jammers, ages 6-7yrs old, who can listen and follow instructions, work independently, and work as a team. This class is for those who have graduated from Mini Jammers or are newcomers! These classes will teach, or further enhance, their basic gym skills while adding landings, coordination, and body shapes. Our Jammers will learn skills on the beams, bars, floor, and tumbltrak. They will hone in on their active listening skills and participate in a class structured to teach them proper techniques with regard to rolls, balances, crawls, stretches, and swings!

Advanced Mighty Jammers
Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30pm

Mega Jammers
This stimulating program for ages 8-9yrs old, helps the Jammers develop a love for physical fitness. At this age, the Jammers will have progressed from basic rolls and flips to more advanced skills. They will be ready to learn (but not limited to) walkovers on floor, springs on Tumbl Trak, and hip circles on bars. This level will also have a showcase at the end of the session where they will be able to perform their favourite skills learned for coaches and parents.

TeenFit
​
This class is for our Jammers, ages 12+yrs old!
This class is designed to aid athletes in developing their strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and core. With the aid of the coach, they will guide them through various circuits and drills. These sessions are 1V1, or bring friends to small sided groups.
