We use your personal data to provide and improve our services. By using our services, the participant agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
JamFit will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that all data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of personal Data will take place without prior approval.
JamFit may ask the participant to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify the participant. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

- First name and last name
- Phone number
- Medical conditions and disabilities
- Address, Province, Postal code, City
Personal data may be used for the following reasons:
- To manage/update the participant's account
- Performance tracking
- To contact the participant and provide reminders.
- To provide the participant with news, events, special offers and general (unless the participant has opted not to receive such information)
- For other purposes such as to evaluate and improve our classes/programs, products and marketing
