Join us for summer drop-in classes filled with flips, twists, and unforgettable memories. We take your all our jammer's gymnastics skills to the next level and have a blast doing it!
All jammers will learn new skills while also being able to enjoy some time away from moms and dads all while staying active!
No matter the skill level, all kids ages 18mo-10 years old are welcome!
Our engaged and experienced coaches will ensure your child not only has some fun, but learns gymnastics skills on different apparatus' such as Beam, Floor, Rings and TumblTrak!

Brazily meets JamFit
JamFit is very happy to announce that we have partnered with Brazily Fitness! We will be hosting Brazilian dance fitness classes for all to enjoy! There will be many events taking place in joint effort to bring fitness into everyone's lifestyles. The event will take place the LAST SATURDAY of every month!

JamFit meets Carleton!
JamFit is excited to welcomed the Carleton University Women in Leadership group to our facility for an unforgettable fitness class.
Our classes leave everyone feeling energetic, relaxed and at peace. In our first event, our instructor, Esther, took them through various Yoga poses, stretches and sun salutations designed to increase body awareness, and mindfulness, while also practicing breath-work and flow sequences
We can't wait you have you all in our studio again!
March Tumble Jam
Calling all energetic little ones!
It's time to jump, tumble, and play at our March break gymnastics drop-in classes! Your kids will have a blast bouncing on trampolines, swinging on bars, and balancing on beams. And the best part? They'll burn off all that extra energy, leaving you with happy and tired kiddos at the end of the day!!
Our experienced coaches will guide your little ones through age-appropriate exercises and games, building their confidence, coordination, and strength along the way. Plus, they'll make new friends and have a blast in a safe and supportive environment.
So come join us for 3 days of fun and fitness! Drop-in classes are available on Tuesday March 14, Thursday March 16 and Friday March 17!
