JamFit meets Carleton!

JamFit is excitingly welcomed the Carleton University Women in Leadership group to our facility for an unforgettable Yoga class.

This class left everyone feeling energetic, relaxed and at peace. Our instructor, Esther, took them through various Yoga poses, stretches and sun salutations designed to increase body awareness, and mindfulness, while also practicing breath-work and flow sequences

JamFit Meets ScotiaBank

JamFit is excited to welcome the Scotiabank to our studio for an amazing Kickboxing class with Coach Logan. 

In this class, you will leave you feel energetic, help relieve some stress through the use of different combos, kicks and punches. You will also work on your cardio and core fitness by working on crunches, planks and mountain climbers! We hope you're ready to sweat.

Please bring your own boxing gloves and lots of water! You'll need it
