• Parties are offered Saturdays from 4-6pm and on Sundays from 12-2pm or 3-5pm

• Waivers must be signed for every child at drop off

• Any changes must be made the Monday PRIOR to the party

• Parties are only confirmed after deposit payment is received. We cannot take reservations

• Minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 is taken at time of booking, remaining balance will be charged to card on file 2 days prior

Attire

• We recommend all jammers come in appropriate gym attire. No jeans and tights must be worn under dresses. 

• We are a shoe-free facility, so all jammers will be barefoot but socks with 'grippies' are welcome!

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

• Any cancellations must be made minimum 5 days prior to the birthday party

• Parties can be rescheduled if space permits

• No refunds given

Party Time:

• It is very important that party jammers wait to be called in by their coach before entering the gym.

• Waivers must be signed by every parent at the reception desk at drop off

• Please let the coach know if any party jammers need to be accommodated by a parent

 

Add ons include:

• 1 additional party size pizza ($35)

• Up to 2 additional jammers can be added ($30 per jammer)

** No time extensions are allowed as there may be another party coming in after yours**
