​When should I book my birthday party?

We recommend booking your party 2-3 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Parties are popular and availability is limited.

What days are birthday parties offered?

Birthday parties are offered Saturdays and Sundays ONLY.

Time slots: Saturdays 1:30pm or 4pm. Sundays: 3pm

Party times are subject to availability.

How are the parties structured?

Our birthday parties are an open-gym style experience supervised by 2 trained JamFit coaches. Children will have the opportunity to explore and play on our equipment while being supervised by our coaches.

Parents/guardians are responsible for remaining on-site for the duration of the party unless otherwise arranged with JamFit staff.

How many children can attend?

Each party includes 10 party jammers (including birthday kid)

You may add up to 2 additional children for $35 per child, bringing the maximum party size to 12 children total.

Additional children must be added no later than 1 week before the party and are subject to availability.

 

How do I secure my party booking?

Your party is not confirmed or reserved until the required deposit has been paid.

A minimum non-refundable deposit of $150 + tax is required at the time of booking. We do not hold or reserve party dates without a deposit.

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 2 days before your party.

 

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes! All changes must be submitted by the Monday prior to your party.

This includes:

• Adding additional children (max additional 2)

• Adding additional pizza

• Other party-related changes

No changes or additions can be guaranteed after the deadline.

 

Can I add more pizza?

Yes! An additional party-size pizza can be added for $40.

Please note: the pizza included in your party comes with 20-22 slices. 

Additional pizza must be requested no later than 1 week before your party.

Only cheese or pepperoni pizza orders. No add ons (dips, pop, fries etc...) or specialty flavoured flavours

 

What should children wear?

We recommend comfortable, gym-appropriate clothing that allows children to move freely.

• No jeans

• If wearing a dress/skirt , tights must be worn underneath

• Children will participate barefoot

• Grippy socks are welcome

JamFit is a shoe-free facility, so shoes will need to be removed by everyone before entering the gym area.

 

Do parents need to sign a waiver?

Yes. Every child participating in the party must have a completed waiver.

Waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian at the reception desk at drop-off before the child enters the gym.

Please arrive prepared to complete the waiver process so we can start your party on time.

 

Can we arrive early to set up?

Yes. Parents may arrive a maximum of 15 minutes before the scheduled party start time to set up.

Due to safety and scheduling requirements, early access beyond 15 minutes is not permitted.

 

Can children enter the gym before the party starts?

No. Please have all party guests wait in the designated reception area until they are called into the gym by their coach.

This helps us keep the gym safe and allows our coaches to properly prepare for the party.

 

Can a parent help their child in the gym?

If a child requires assistance or accommodation from a parent/guardian, please let your coach know before the party begins.

For safety reasons, parents should not enter the gym area unless requested or approved by a JamFit coach.

 

Can I extend my party if we need more time?

No. Party time cannot be extended.

Please plan your setup & takedown, activities and celebration accordingly. The party must end at the scheduled time so our next booking can begin on time.

 

Can I cancel my party?

Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled party date.

The $150 + tax deposit is non-refundable.

 

Can I reschedule my party?

Yes. Parties may be rescheduled if space is available and the request meets our cancellation/rescheduling requirements.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

 

Are birthday party payments refundable?

No. Birthday party payments are non-refundable.

Please review all party policies before completing your booking.

 

What happens if I need to cancel within 5 days?

Cancellations made less than 5 days before the party are subject to our cancellation policy, and payments/deposits will not be refunded.

 

What if fewer children attend than I originally booked for?

Your party booking and applicable charges are based on the confirmed booking. No refunds or credits are provided for children who do not attend.

 

What if more children show up than I booked for?

Additional children cannot simply be added at the door.

All additional children must be arranged with JamFit by the applicable deadline and are subject to the party's maximum capacity.

 

Can I bring my own food or decorations?

Yes. You may bring additional food given each item is NUT FREE. Please follow JamFit's current food, decoration and facility policies when planning your party. Nothing may be brought into the facility that could damage equipment, create a safety hazard, or interfere with the gym environment.

Please contact us in advance if you are unsure whether a specific decoration, food item or activity is permitted.

 

What time should guests arrive?

Guests should arrive at the scheduled party start time and remain in the reception area until directed by the coach.

Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early.

What if we're running late?

Your party will still end at the originally scheduled end time. Late arrival does not result in additional party time or a time extension.

 

What happens if my child has special accommodations or support needs?

We want every jammer to have a great experience. Please let us know before the party if your child or a guest requires an accommodation, additional support, or assistance from a parent/guardian so our coaches can plan accordingly.

 

What are the party rules?

All guests are expected to follow JamFit's safety rules and the instructions of our coaches.

For everyone's safety, JamFit reserves the right to ask a child or guest to stop participating in an activity if they are behaving in an unsafe manner.
